Huey Magoo’s Chicken Tenders to Open 18 Franchises in the Southeast


The Orlando, Fla.-based chicken tenders brand Huey Magoo’s recently announced its expansion across the Southeast with new franchises coming to Tennessee, South Carolina and Georgia.

President and CEO Andy Howard said the brand will open five new restaurants in Tennessee, eight new restaurants in South Carolina and five new restaurants in Georgia. Huey Magoo’s is also moving forward with several openings slated for the remainder of this year in Florida and Mississippi by new and existing franchisees.

“In these challenging times, we feel incredibly fortunate that Huey Magoo’s is in fact thriving with positive comp store sales, 120 franchises sold, more leases signed and restaurant openings set,” Howard said. “This is a true testament to the phenomenal brand, our amazing high-quality product, ease of operations and excellent team of operators.

Huey Magoo’s offers dine-in/out, take out, delivery through third-party delivery services, drive-thru and curbside pickup. The brand serves signature grilled, hand-breaded or “sauced” chicken tenders, farm fresh salads, sandwiches and wraps. Each Huey Magoo’s tender is made fresh, all natural, with no antibiotics, hormones, steroids or preservatives.
