Hyperice and Aktiv Solutions Partner to Bring Restorative Experiences to Hotels

Share

These days, guests not only look at hotels as a place to relax, but also a place for rejuvenation. With that in mind, why shouldn’t the average customer have access to the same kind of restorative experiences that professional athletes in the National Football League or Major League Baseball rely on? That is what Aktiv Solutions and Hyperice plan to deliver in their new partnership.

Aktiv Solutions, a designer and supplier of commercial training spaces, has teamed with Hyperice, a provider of recovery and movement enhancement technology, to bring RECOVERY x Hyperice Bays to hotels and fitness spaces across the world. “Over the last decade, our recovery technology has become a must-have travel companion for the best athletes on Earth,” Hyperice Vice President of Business Development Joe Cannon said. “This global partnership helps provide hotel guests access to that same technology relied on by the NFL, NBA, MLB, UFC and PGA.”

“Finding time, and the technology required to recover more quickly is an essential component in our health and fitness regimens forward.”

According to Hyperice, each bay features smart storage, recharging capability and tools that are powered by an optionally embedded digital kiosk. The bays also can be delivered as stand-alone or interconnected units that can facilitate personal or communal training zones.

But the goal is to provide a best-in-class system for athletes and fitness enthusiasts who want to add to their own personal conditioning regimens. “Recovery spaces are an important consideration for inclusion within every wellness environment we design today,” Aktiv Solutions Managing Director Gordon Stirling said.

“Finding time, and the technology required to recover more quickly is an essential component in our health and fitness regimens forward,” he added. “Hyperice technology provides the essential tools, and within these new bays, together we solve for the space and guidance needed for everyone to participate.”
