Sunset World Group Adopts New Measures to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19
During a pandemic, it never hurts to consider or adopt new ways to keep people safe. Sunset World Group recently announced that it is doing just that, with the implementation of new measures at its resorts in accordance with new regulations that the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Brazil and other countries adopted to prevent the spread of coronavirus.
According to Sunset World, the regulations require passengers traveling to these countries from abroad to present a negative COVID-19 test that was performed within three days of their departure or a test or testimonial that confirms they have recovered from the disease. The company also has formed an agreement with Chopo Laboratories to make tests available with preferential prices to its guests at Sunset Royal and Hacienda Tres Ríos hotels starting Feb. 1.
If guests need to return to their home country before that date, they can meet with their hotel’s concierge about arranging an external appointment with the laboratory. But even if guests test positive, Sunset World will provide them with support and allow them to extend their stay.
“At Sunset World Group, we understand that circumstances are always changing and we are adapting to offer our members and guests a smooth return home,” stated Martha Richardson, its corporate operations director. “The well-being of our members and guests is very important to us, whatever the result of their test.”
