That’s the percentage of 7,000 teens who say they either consume or are willing to try plant-based meat, according to the 41st semi-annual “Taking Stock with Teens” survey from Piper Sandler Cos. Impossible Foods is the No. 1 choice among teens for plant-based meats followed closely by Beyond Meat.
